Every meaningful decision is grounded in a research finding, an analytic signal or a usability test result.

Default to clarity

If a screen needs explaining, the screen is wrong. Copy is part of the interface.

Inclusive by default

WCAG 2.2 AA is a starting point. We design for low-end devices, bright sunlight and one-handed use.
